After the INTRO BOXING its time to let the punches fly 

Using boxing gloves incorporated with resistance bands.

First, we work with your technique from the different stances,  footwork, proper punch work 

 

Second, we start to jump rope to work on your leg power and skipping which will improve your footwork.  

 

Third, let's start learning how to move (forward, backward, left, right) 

Fourth We will start to add some shadow boxing 

 

Fifth Let's bring the mitts in for some beginning combos 

Sixth We will incorporate the heavy bag 

 

Seventh Advancing the combos and 3-4 min interval mitt work

 

Eighth Put it all together from week 1-7 and increase the intensity now your ready for Boxing with Bands class
